Ticketing Questions

Please note that virtual tickets will solely grant you access to the fashion show portion of the event, not the performances.

 

 Ticket Policy:

 

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another event or ticket type. We have implemented this policy to ensure fairness and consistency in our ticketing process.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to accommodate refund requests or ticket transfers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our events and provide a seamless experience for all attendees. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to hosting you at our upcoming event.

 

Is my webpage ticket count accurate?

Yes, the count that you see on your ticketing webpage is accurate. Every time one of your guests purchases a ticket through your link your ticket count will automatically update. Please note, sometimes there can be a 24 hour delay in the ticket update.

Refund Policy

The Model Experience does not offer refunds, no exceptions. If you have sold tickets and are no longer able to participate please email Info@TheModelExperience.net so a team member can further assist you. 

 

Photo and Video Policy: 

In compliance with our clear bag policy, camera bags are not permitted at the festival, with the exception of individuals who possess approved media requests and valid credentials. Additionally, we kindly request that audience members refrain from bringing DSLR or any other professional-grade cameras.

 

Backstage Questions

 

One bag and one personal item allowed per model*

 

Can I bring someone with me backstage?

No, models are not allowed any plus ones backstage. This includes makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, etc. The only exception is models 17 and younger. Minors are allowed 1 parent or guardian over the age of 18 backstage.

Will hair and makeup be provided?

Models should arrive to the event camera ready (Hair and makeup done). The Model Experience will provide touch up stylists for you backstage. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

All models should bring a basic model kit with them including Nude and Black heels (or white and black sneakers), boob tape, nude and black undergarments, gum and clear deodorant. Your designer will let you know if they need you to bring in anything specific.

How long should I expect to be at the event?

Models should expect to be at the event for 4-6 hours. If you are traveling we recommend models arrive the day before their show and leave the day after.

 

 

Designer Questions

 

When will I know who my designer is?

Our team will assign you to a designer a month before the show, your designer will let you know if there is anything extra you may need to bring with you.

Will I be put in contact with my designer?

All designers are given their models contact information, if they need to get in touch with you they will be sure to do so. If your designer has social media you will be provided with their handles.

Will I have a fitting before the event?

There will be no fitting before the show unless your designer requests one. This is why having accurate measurements is extremely important.

Dress Code for attendees: Festival Fashion is encouraged. Please note the track/field may be difficult to walk on with heels.
