Refund, Removal, and Chargeback Policy

Thank you for choosing The Model Experience. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services purchased through our website.

Chargeback Policy:

All participating models are required to sell a minimum of eight (8) tickets in order to participate in the show. These ticket sales cover participation-related services, including but not limited to runway coaching, runway photos, model agent meet-and-greet opportunities, and other production-related services. Tickets are sold through a unique tracking link assigned to each model.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

If a model, or any guest purchasing tickets through the model’s unique link, submits a chargeback or payment dispute and the chargeback is won or ruled in favor of the cardholder, the model is fully responsible for:

  • The full amount of the disputed ticket(s), and

  • Any additional chargeback or dispute fees assessed to the company by the payment processor.

This responsibility applies regardless of whether the chargeback was submitted by the model directly or by a guest associated with the model’s ticket link.

Future Participation After a Chargeback:

Any model associated with a successful chargeback will lose eligibility to sell tickets for future events. To participate in future shows, the model will be required to:

  • Pay the full ticket participation amount upfront, and

  • Submit payment only via Zelle or Venmo (no ticket sales or card payments will be permitted).

Failure to resolve outstanding chargeback balances may result in removal from the current event and/or denial of participation in future events.

Digital Products:

For digital products, including but not limited to software, downloadable files, and digital services, all sales are considered final.

No Ticket Rollover Policy:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer the option to rollover tickets to subsequent events. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to accommodate refund requests or ticket transfers.

Non-Tangible Goods:

As our products and services are non-tangible goods, delivered instantly or electronically, they are exempt from being returned. This includes but is not limited to, subscriptions, memberships, and digital downloads.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within three (3) days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Removal Policy:

At our events, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a risk to the safety, comfort, or well-being of others.This includes, but is not limited to: models who fail to complete or pass the required verification process prior to the show; models or guests who engage in threatening, aggressive, or unsafe behavior; and individuals who are intoxicated, disorderly, or otherwise disruptive.We also reserve the right to remove a model from our roster at any time if their conduct is deemed inconsistent with our standards or event policies.

 

Zero Tolerance:

We believe in fostering a respectful environment where everyone can participate freely, and any actions contrary to this ethos will not be tolerated. The Model Experience and Fashion Week Festival have zero tolerance for sexual harassment, theft, violence, or show disruptions.

 

Changes to This Policy:

The Model Experience reserves the right to update or change any of its Policies at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Our commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all customers is our top priority. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. If a customer's behavior is disruptive, threatening, or violates our policies, we reserve the right to decline service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive experience for everyone.
