To ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun experience for all guests, talent, staff, and partners, The Model Experience has a strict Zero Tolerance Policy. Violations of any kind will result in immediate removal from the premises, denial of re-entry, and potential involvement of law enforcement.

Weapons & Dangerous Items

Absolutely no weapons of any kind are permitted on site. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Firearms (whether licensed or not)

• Knives or sharp objects

• Pepper spray, tasers, or any self-defense tools

• Explosives or hazardous materials

All guests, models, designers, staff, etc. will be subject to inspection with metal detectors upon entering the venue.

Violence & Physical Altercations

The festival maintains a strict prohibition against:

• Physical violence of any kind

• Fighting, pushing, or aggressive physical behavior

• Threatening or intimidating conduct

Any violent or unsafe behavior results in instant removal. No exceptions.

Harassment & Discrimination

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. The following is forbidden:

• Harassment (verbal, physical, or visual)

• Bullying, stalking, or unwanted advances

• Discrimination based on race, gender, identity, appearance, age, ability, or any other protected trait

• Sexual misconduct of any kind

All attendees must treat others with professionalism and respect.

Drugs & Illegal Substances

The possession, use, or distribution of:

• Illegal drugs

• Unauthorized substances

• Drug paraphernalia

Is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol Misuse

Responsible consumption is expected. The following will not be tolerated:

• Over-intoxication

• Disorderly behavior related to drinking

• Providing alcohol to minors

Staff reserves the right to deny service or remove guests displaying unsafe behavior.

Unauthorized Entry & Trespassing

The following are prohibited:

• Entering restricted or staff-only areas

• Attempting to bypass security or credential checkpoints

• Using fake or altered credentials

Violations may result in removal and badge confiscation.

Vandalism & Property Damage

Destroying, defacing, or stealing property belonging to the festival, venue, vendors, or guests is strictly prohibited.

Unsafe Conduct

Any actions that jeopardize the safety or well-being of the event, including:

• Tampering with equipment

• Disrupting show operations

• Ignoring safety instructions from staff or security

Will result in immediate consequences.

 

Enforcement

Security and festival management have full authority to:

• Remove any individual who violates this policy

• Revoke credentials, tickets, and access without refunds

• Alert local law enforcement if/when appropriate

No warnings are required. Zero tolerance means zero exceptions.
