Rollover Policy

At The Model Experience, we appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm for our fashion events. In order to maintain fair and consistent policies for all our customers, we have established the following detailed ticket rollover policy.

No Ticket Rollover Policy:

  1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer the option to rollover tickets to subsequent events. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to accommodate refund requests or ticket transfers.

Acts of God Clause: 2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or 'Acts of God,' including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, and other unavoidable incidents, The Model Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event. Please note that in such cases, tickets may not be rolled over to future events. The No Ticket Rollover Policy applies specifically to Acts of God, caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, government action or accident, and weather.

Ticket Transfer Guidelines: 3. If a ticket holder chooses to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event, they must notify The Model Experience within 30 days prior to the scheduled event date or 72 hours after their originally scheduled event date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the tickets.

4. Transferred tickets are non-transferable beyond the initially designated event. Tickets cannot be further transferred or sold to another individual.

Communication and Updates: 5. The Model Experience will communicate any event cancellations or rescheduling promptly through the contact information provided by the ticket holder during the purchase.

Appeals Process: 6. If a ticket holder believes they have exceptional circumstances warranting an exception to the No Ticket Rollover Policy, they may submit a written appeal to Appeals will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing tickets for The Model Experience events, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this detailed No Ticket Rollover Policy, even in the case of an Act of God. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain fairness and consistency for all our customers.
