LAFWF MODEL FAQ
Ticketing Questions
Is my webpage ticket count accurate?
Yes, the count that you see on your ticketing webpage is accurate. Every time one of your guests purchases a ticket through your link your ticket count will automatically update. Please note, sometimes there can be an 24 hour delay in the ticket update. If it has been more that 24 hours and your count has not updated, confirm with your guest that the ticket has been purchased through your model link.
Refund Policy
The Model Experience does not offer refunds, no exceptions. If you have sold tickets and are no longer able to participate please email Info@TheModelExperience.net so a team member can further assist you.
Chargeback Policy
Models please ensure your guests are committed to attending or watching your show virtually before selling tickets. Due to the fact that our tickets are non-refundable, chargebacks will result in a fee for the model. If a chargeback occurs, models will be responsible to pay an invoice for the number of tickets included in the chargeback and any additional tickets in stock on their ticket link, with a $15 service fee.
No tickets will be provided for invoices paid. Invoices can only be paid thru Apple Pay or Zelle. Unpaid invoices by the due date will restrict the model from participation.
Chargebacks submitted after the show will reflect in the model not receiving any images. Additionally, they will be banned from The Model Experience.
